The game becomes reality: Black Myth invades the real world.

Chapter 4 Blue Sky Theme Park

Chapter 4 Blue Sky Theme Park

In the cafeteria, Chen Fu, carrying a bowl of rice with toppings, casually found a seat and sat down, then used his phone again to search for information about "Black Myth: The Book of Past Events".

Unfortunately, there's nothing of content online, but there are plenty of pictures of guys online.

It seems I'll have to explore the game on my own for now... Chen Fu put down his phone and started eating, when the light in front of him suddenly dimmed.

He looked up and a bright face came into view.

The person who came was a girl with bright features and a heroic air. She was 1.7 meters tall, with her hair tied back. She was wearing a white sunshade and denim shorts, exposing her fair and straight thighs to the air. She wore sneakers and a pair of white socks covering her calves.

She flashed her pearly white teeth at Chen Fu and sat opposite him with an air of nonchalance.

"Why are you here?"

Chen Fu chewed his food and asked indistinctly.

This is Song Shuangwei, the female classmate who always gave him gifts during holidays.

"Our schools aren't far apart, it's just a short walk, I missed you so I came over."

Song Shuang smiled, her legs crossed under the table, her toes trembling slightly, which drew frequent glances from the boy sitting on the other side of the aisle.

Such perfect legs, buddy, you're so lucky.

The boy looked at Chen Fu with envy. He was handsome and refined, no wonder he had such a beautiful girlfriend.

He stared at it for a long time, and his girlfriend next to him clearly noticed this and started to get angry and throw a tantrum.

Chen Fu saw everything and cleared his throat: "Don't be so ambiguous, we're brothers."

He and Song Shuangwei had known each other since kindergarten and had always been classmates. However, when they went to university, they were not in the same school, but they were not far apart, just next door.

This person is beautiful. She has been the school beauty since elementary school and has countless suitors. She always uses Chen Fu as a shield.

"If you're a brother, help me cut one."

Song Shuang handed over her phone with a smile.

Chen Fu originally thought it was Pinduoduo, but it turned out to be an opening discount mini-program for an amusement park, which said that men and women could get half price when they teamed up.

"This amusement park just opened, and the haunted house inside is really thrilling; it has real corpses."

It's almost Qixi Festival (Chinese Valentine's Day), and since you don't have a girlfriend and I don't have a boyfriend, how about we go out together?

Song Shuangwei continued, staring intently at Chen Fu with her peach blossom eyes.

"A corpse?"

Chen Fu got excited when he heard that.

This is right up his alley! If it's true, he really wants to try dissecting it to see what kind of skills he can gain.

But then I thought about it again and realized something was wrong. Why would an amusement park have something like that?

Chen Fu voiced his doubts, believing it was just a gimmick used by the amusement park to attract customers.

Having learned more about the situation, Song Shuangwei was well-prepared and spoke eloquently:

"The owner of this amusement park is very powerful."

As Song Shuangwei explained, Chen Fu gradually understood.

The owner of this newly opened amusement park is the daughter of a large conglomerate. She is not only wealthy but also decisive in her actions.

She built a small amusement park in just three months and opened it just in time for the Qixi Festival.

The boss himself had connections with the principal of the medical school where Song Shuangwei studied, and specially borrowed a cadaver from the school as an attraction.

To celebrate Qixi Festival, the amusement park was divided into two themes.

On one hand, it maintains a traditional romantic atmosphere, emphasizing warmth and romance. On the other hand, catering to young people's curiosity, it features a haunted house and promotes ghost marriages.

Chen Fu had only recently arrived at the school and hadn't paid attention to these matters, which led to his lack of awareness of the situation.

As for why the cadavers could be loaned out, whether this was in accordance with procedures, or whether it violated regulations, Chen Fu thought he didn't know and decided not to ask.

"Give me a straight answer, are you going or not? If you don't want to, I'll find someone else."

Song Shuang glanced sideways at him with her peach blossom eyes, as if she would leave if he didn't agree.

Chen Fu nodded in agreement.

He had just checked the mini-program; the time was this afternoon. He didn't have class then, so it wouldn't interfere with playing games tomorrow. He could also take this opportunity to visit the cadavers—why not?

Song Shuang smiled slightly, her peach blossom eyes narrowing into crescent shapes. She took out something that looked like a sugar pill from her pocket and put it in her mouth. She then sat opposite Chen Fu and quietly watched him eat.

Chen Fu didn't feel uncomfortable at all. They were so familiar with each other that they could share a pair of pants, and he didn't care about being stared at.

After finishing their meal, the two left the cafeteria. Song Shuangwei opened the parasol, took out her car keys from her pocket with her slender, pale fingers, and gently pressed the button.

A red Maserati flashed its lights on by the roadside.

"You bought a car?"

A look of surprise flashed in Chen Fu's eyes.

This girl is really something else! She got a car after just a few days, and it's a luxury car at that.

"I made some money doing part-time work during the summer vacation. Want it? I'll open it for you."

Song Shuangwei put on sunglasses and tried to hide under the parasol. As a girl, she didn't want the scorching sun to shine directly on her skin.

Chen Fu waved his hand.

It's not that he doesn't know how to drive; he has a driver's license. It's just that his car is too nice, and he's afraid of scratching it.

If that happens, even selling him wouldn't be enough to cover the losses.

"Just drive when I tell you to, stop dawdling like a woman."

Song Shuangwei tossed the car keys to Chen Fu and climbed into the passenger seat.

Once in the car, she explained, "This was sponsored by the female boss, so drive with confidence. It's okay if you get scratched. That's why I know so much inside information about the amusement park."

So that's how it is. Chen Fu was relieved, started the engine, drove out of the warehouse, and stepped on the gas to pull away from the roadside.

At the entrance of the cafeteria, a boy who had just appeased his girlfriend witnessed this scene and couldn't help but feel envious once again.

This guy's girlfriend not only has beautiful legs, but she's also a rich woman. They're both students, but just based on their looks alone, the difference is so huge...

Just as he was muttering to himself, he suddenly felt a pair of resentful eyes staring at him from the side.

Turning my head, I saw my girlfriend's icy face.

Oh no… The boy secretly groaned and tried to coax his girlfriend again.

……

Blue Sky Theme Park.

Even under the blazing sun and in unbearable heat, the amusement park was still packed with people and filled with noise.

The crowd was clearly divided into two groups.

On one side were clearly working professionals, men and women walking together toward a venue with a distinctly warm and inviting atmosphere.

The place has a traditional love theme, and you can see huge models of the Cowherd and the Weaver Girl even from a distance.

On one side were groups of young people, chattering about what might happen next.

The outline of the venue, obscured by a huge curtain, is barely visible, creating an air of mystery. It is clearly a venue themed around a ghost marriage.

Song Shuangwei bought a ticket at half price. Turning her head, she saw Chen Fu looking towards the direction of the Cowherd and the Weaver Girl. Thinking he was about to go over, she quickly reached out and pulled him back.

"Tell me, what's the typical ending for a relationship?"

Song Shuang slightly raised her face, her peach blossom eyes hidden behind her sunglasses staring at the handsome boy in front of her.

"Of course it's marriage, what else could it be but cheating?"

Chen Fu replied, then hid under the parasol.

"Then why don't we just go straight to the ghost marriage and proceed to the final step?"

Song Shuangwei said confidently, took off her sunglasses, and pulled Chen Fu's arm as they walked towards the huge screen.

Chen Fu thought to himself, "This is too fast. I'm still a child. It's not good to get married so early, especially a ghost marriage." But then he thought that the cadaver was more in line with the scene of a ghost marriage, so he didn't struggle and was led forward.

He didn't ask about the location of the cadaver directly because he didn't want Song Shuangwei to become suspicious.

The two walked into the curtain and came into view an ancient building with red walls and green tiles.

In the dim environment, the vermilion-painted pillars were mottled, revealing their wooden skeletons, and half-collapsed paper figures and horses were piled at the base of the wall.

A lantern with a white "囍" (double happiness) character hung crookedly above the door, its tassels brittle. A dark wooden sign at the entrance read "Newlyweds Awaiting Guests," and next to it, curled-up talismans were mixed with paper money, a sight that sent chills down one's spine.

It must be said that the architectural design is quite well thought out.

Chen Fu followed Song Shuangwei, along with a group of young people, across the threshold, through the dimly lit passageway, and into the front yard of the mansion.

He turned his head and looked around. The lights from the dome shone brightly, and the ground was paved with bluestone bricks in a cross shape, connecting the east and west wing rooms with the main hall.

Beside it stood a water vat, filled with filth and floating debris. Withered branches cast their reflections in it, creating a menacing, clawing shape.

White ice drifted in from time to time, and a cold draft carried the smell of paper ash into the nostrils. In the distance, the faint sound of a suona could be heard.

Chen Fu turned his head to look at the west wing and saw a pair of blood-red eyes flash past the window.

"As far as I know, the cadaver is in this courtyard, but I'm not sure exactly where," Song Shuang said softly. "Why don't we start by investigating the west wing?"
