Chapter 922: The Weight Of A Billion Stars
Chapter 922: The Weight Of A Billion Stars
Draconic Heaven."WHERE IS THE ALL-KING?!"
Stars shot through the sky like white bullets, forming swift and fascinating currents of light as they rushed to a particular point.
Acting as the vanguard for all these stars, a single lady flew.
Dark skin, glowing white eyes, a shimmering set of silver armour.
Most of all, she had a pair of moth wings behind her with a wingspan four times her size.
Whenever she flapped those wings, stardust would flutter out and float away. It was that stardust that quickly accumulated power and formed the stars that were rushing forward behind her.
From dust to stars, the way she flew symbolized the natural occurrence of stars in the universe.
Because in reality, most stars were formed from.massive clouds of hydrogen and helium dust clouds.
Standing ready in front of her, light-years away was a thin frail man wearing tattered clothes.
The man took in deep breaths, his eyes shimmered with a demonic glow and he wore a twisted smile on his face.
His pointed nose flared, letting out hot streams of demonic essence.
"How rude!" Jordan, the Demonic Kind of Jordan, muttered as he leaned forward.
He had fought, and he was going to continue fighting.
His body disappeared from its position and he crossed the distance between both of them in an instant.
The moth lady had her eyes wide open with cold fury, annoyed that this pesky one would stand in her way to salvation.
She stretched her hand to the side and gripped the air. Star dust switched around her shoulder and flowed down her arms, condensing at her palm and taking the form of a long burning star sword.
She flexed her left shoulder and waved her other hand, causing the same thing to happen on the other side.
With her moth wings flapping, her silver armour stiff with might, and her hair fluttering, she held two star swords and charged at Jordan.
"Hahahahahahaaaa! YES!" Jordan screamed with fiendish joy. Instead of slowing down, he sped up.
In that last second, he brought his hands together with a large clump of dark red demonic energy ravaged and clumped at the center, forming a single large great sword.
*BAM!*
The heavy demonic sword clashed edge to edge with the two-star blades, sparking a series of void sparks and crushing space and time with the weight of their attack.
The resulting shockwave extinguished thousands of stars and pushed away any nearby objects for thousands of light-years.
They had only clashed once but the explosions were continuous, space and time had to readjust themselves over and over again to compensate for the force of these two powerhouses.
When all was settled, all that was left was two of them holding their swords with the edges of their blades locked against each other.
The Moth Lady narrowed her glowing eyes, bringing her face closer such that her nose was almost touching Jordan’s face.
She was frighteningly calm and composed.
Compared to her, Jordan’s body was trembling. His arms had gone numb, his palm had burst open and blood flowed down the hilt of his great sword.
His shoulders shook as his bones were still rattling from the shock.
The Primordial Moth remained unfazed but Jordan was in serious pain.
He had just clashed with the collective mass of a billion stars compressed into the body of this woman. That he survived without bursting apart was a testament to his own individual power.
It was known that there was a significant gap in power level between ordinary Supreme Immortals and Primordial Supreme Immortals.
"You overestimate yourself, demon," The Primordial Moth said with disdain. She didn’t see these third-generation races in her eyes at all.
She had nothing but indifference for them. No love or hate, just the desire to do what she needed to do and get out.
"No no noooo!" Jordan shook his head as he exclaimed with an exaggerated expression of depraved pleasure on his face.
"Hehehe, this is exactly what I want! Come on! Break this king!" Jordan screamed, pulled back his great sword lightning fast, and swung it again at her head.
*BOOM!*
The Moth lady flapped her wings once, bringing one of her swords up to block the strike. At the same time, she used her other sword to strike at Jordan’s exposed torso.
A flash of white, the power of a million stars surged out of her sword, cutting toward Jordan’s waist.
*BOOM!*
Jordan was blasted back with blood spewing out of his abdomen. The slash was strong but not strong enough to actually cut him apart.
However, not even a second had passed when Jordan came flying back with greater force.
The Moth Lady widened her eyes and crossed her sword in front of her face, blocking the horizontal slash just in time.
"HAHAHAHAHAAA, DIE FOR ME!" Jordan seemed to have gone mad after the belly injury. He slashed and slashed and slashed.
*CLANG! CLANG! CLANG!*
Suddenly, the Primordial Moth lady was the one on the defensive.
Jordan cut down fast with repeated swings, each swing strong enough to kill most Supreme Immortals if they connected.
This frantic attack did not come without a cost. Jordan’s shoulders were bursting apart. His bones were being broken apart.
His chest which had to control most of the force he was expelling was drumming crazily as if his heart would burst apart soon.
Apparently, Jordan was willing to crush this Moth even if it meant his death would follow soon after.
’That’s the way of the king! One step back, a thousand fucking steps forward.
Only in death will I accept defeat!’
Soon, the Moth lady was pushed back, flying until she crashed into a floating continent.
Jordan, relentless as ever, came through with a laughter that shook the heavenly realm. His hand clamped around her face, bashing her right through the continent.
"Enough!" The Primordial Moth shouted. Her eyes let out two hot beams of star power, burning Jordan’s entire arm off.
But his sword was already swinging from the other arm. The moth lady was once again forced to raise her swords to defend.
*SHICK!*
She was surprised to see that the powerful blow she was expecting did not land. Jordan’s great sword hit her own blades but did not do much.
It was as if Jordan had lost his strength in that final moment.
She observed and saw a long ice spear tip protruding from Jordan’s chest.
"Primordial Moth, it’s been a while," Said a voice coming from Jordan’s back.
The Primordial Moth looked over coldly and saw a face that was familiar to her.
Standing behind Jordan in the midst of all the rubble and shattered reality, the Supreme Dragon was present.
His right hand gripped the long handle of a spear that was currently pierced through Jordan’s back and out of his chest.
"I’ve been waiting for this moment for a long time,"
